Choosing a Charter Senior Living community means working with and developing relationships with experienced professionals in senior care who strive to improve the quality of life for residents and their families each day.
Our senior living services set us apart from other care facilities because we provide a true sense of community and personalization to older adults with specific needs and wants. We specialize in two important care levels and lifestyles – Assisted Living and Memory Care. Whatever you seek from senior living for yourself or a loved one, know that when you step foot into a Charter Senior Living community, you’ll be welcomed with open arms, treated like family, and feel comfortable in a place where you’ll find the best Assisted Living and Memory Care services.

Chanel was born in Colorado Springs, Colorado, but Clarksville, Tennessee, raised her. In her spare time, Chanel enjoys being with her husband and four children. Karen Hay – Sales & Marketing Director
Karen has been in the field of geriatrics since 1998, when she started her career as Executive Director of a nonprofit hospice. She soon realized she wanted to do more and helped found Nashville’s first residential hospice, The H.U.M.E. Home. Karen’s love of marketing and geriatrics soon led her to a career as an Account Executive for home health and hospice. After losing her husband of 24 years, she decided to make a drastic change to focus solely on the marketing aspect of her career. She accepted a position in the marketing department at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. In 2021, she was brought on to enhance the lives of the residents at Walking Horse Meadows.
Rebekah Ballard – Health & Wellness Director
Rebekah began her career in healthcare in 2011 as a CNA at Walking Horse Meadows and became a LPN in 2015. Since 2019, she has been enhancing the lives of senior residents as the Health & Wellness Director, which she knows is her purpose in life. Rebekah also dutifully served four years in the United States Army as a Radio/Communications Security Repairer. She has two sons who are her world.
Jennifer Boyd – Memory Care Coordinator
Jennifer started her career as a Caregiver at age 19. After working as a Caregiver for many years, she transitioned into the role of Memory Care Coordinator. Her love for the senior population started as a young child, spending much of her time with her grandparents. As time went on, she helped care for them, which is when her passion grew. She is a mom to four beautiful daughters. In her spare time, she likes going to the casino and taking her daughters to different amusement parks.
